The Morgan County Schools High School to College Transition Program will assist in preparing every student academically, emotionally, and socially for continuing their education after they finish high school. The transition coordinator will work in collaborative partnership with students, counselors, educators, parents, and community members to empower students to reach their highest level as productive members of society.

The ACT is a standardized test that provides an overview of a high school student's preparedness for attending college.
